Business Skills Victoria covers the Property Services Sector. Property Services includes the following industries: Waste Management, Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Pest Management, Fire Protection Equipment, Security, Real Estate and Spatial Information Services.
To work in Security and/or Real Estate you need a license.

Property Services Training Package CPP07
The new CPP07 Property Services Training Package which includes Real Estate, Property Development, Facility Management, Sales and Management sector, Spatial Information Services and Security sector was endorsed by the National Quality Council (NQC) and signed off by the Ministerial Delegates for Vocational Education and Training representing the Ministers for Training in each of the States and Territories.
The new CPP07 Property Services Training Package replaces PRS03 Asset Security Training Package and PRD01 Property Development and Management Training Package. It is expected that the CPP07 will become the basis for licensing in Victoria in 2009.
