Occupation: Human Resources Sustainability Advisor   

Job Description: employees research, analyse and present environmental data to identify potential human resouce practice improvements, such as changes in job descriptions or overall changes in work processes to minimise environemntal damage. They may provide a range of advisory services to ensure human resource functions are conducted in an environmentally sustainable manner in an organisation or business area. Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff.
Qualification: BSB510607 Diploma of Human Resources Management 


Occupation: Environmental Opportunity Consultant   

Job Description: employees provide informative advice on environmental/sustainability business opportunities. The position may be in a medium to large company advising on internal and external operational sustainability issues, or in a small company advising external clients. Employees blend change management with emerging opportunities for environmental work practices. Background work will include research and presenting of information.
